Whether I'm working with a new parent, an early years team or a group of adults rediscovering movement through sensory awareness, my work begins in the same place.
With careful observation.
With respect.
With curiosity.
And with a simple belief.
When people are given the right conditions, they already carry within themselves an extraordinary capacity to grow.
For more than twenty years I have worked alongside babies, children, families and practitioners, inspired by the Pikler approach, Sensory Awareness and, more recently, the Feldenkrais Method.
Although these paths may appear different, they all ask the same question:
What are the conditions in which human beings truly flourish?
That question continues to shape everything I do.
Movement has always been at the heart of my work.
Movement shapes us from the very beginning. As babies discover balance through their own movement, they are developing not only physically but also emotionally—growing in confidence, autonomy and trust. That relationship between movement and wellbeing continues throughout our lives, and increasingly informs everything I do.
Alongside my work with families and early years practitioners, I'm currently training to become a Feldenkrais practitioner. This is deepening my understanding of movement, learning and human development, and increasingly informs everything I do - from PlayRoom to my work with nursery teams.
I'm looking forward to sharing more as this journey unfolds…

Where to Begin…
PlayRoom
A calm place to belong from the very beginning.
Gentle weekly gatherings where babies are free to move and explore at their own pace, while the adults who care for them have time to slow down, observe, ask questions and connect with others.
A place where there is room for everyone.
For Parents Everywhere
Sometimes joining a group isn't possible - or you may simply want to explore these ideas in your own time.
My online parenting courses offer a gentle introduction to respectful relationships, free movement and supporting your child's natural development.
Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival or looking for reassurance in the early months and years, you'll find practical ideas, thoughtful reflection and encouragement to trust both yourself and your child.
Nursery & Professional Partnership
Every setting has its own culture, strengths and challenges.
Rather than arriving with a programme to deliver, I work alongside practitioners to build on what already exists - supporting thoughtful observation, reflective practice and respectful relationships that benefit both children and the adults who care for them.
