Living In Spite of the Fear

Here, I share with you a simple but powerful self-experiment you can do anywhere to help you deal with your fear.

These are scary times, and you may be dealing with many feelings, including fear. Fear gets into your body and creates tension which, in turn, creates discomfort. It’s your body’s way of telling you there’s something wrong. This short experiment may help you to understand what’s going on.
